Opportunities - Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) is a three-year postgraduate research degree involving an independent research project and culminating in the production of a written thesis, seminar and expected scientific publications.

We welcome high quality PhD applicants with an interest in amphibian ecology, conservation and/or disease.

Please note: we have recently been informed that due to the uncertainty surrounding international travel and Australian border restrictions, Griffith Sciences will likely not be awarding scholarships to offshore international PhD applicants during 2022. Furthermore, competition for limited scholarships is currently tight.

To be eligible and competitive for a Griffith University Postgraduate Research Scholarship you need to have First Class Honours or equivalent. First-author peer-reviewed publications in international journals are advantageous.

To apply, submit your CV and a short letter of interest to Dr. Laura Grogan (l.grogan@griffith.edu.au) and/or Dr. Chantal Lanctot (c.lanctot@griffith.edu.au).
